Why Sea Stories
Being this is my first post of Sea Stories. I should say this is my first blog. So why not say Blog instead of Sea Stories?
Truth be told, I look at Blogs as stories and thoughts between the creator and the reader. Having spent 20 years in the United States Coast Guard with a few years of such serving at sea (the Coast Guard being the oldest US continuous sea service) tend to relate back to sea stories. Now any sailor can tell you that Sea Stories are great for passing on thoughts, like memorable events, lessons learned, and a way to share ones thought with other-pretty much the same as Blog; thus the name Sea Stories verse Blog.
With all this in mind, I am hoping to get into a routine of putting my Sea Stories up here to share stories of photo adventures, life adventures, some tips and lesson learned and as a way for me to communicate with the fine people that take time out of their busy life to check out this web site.
